What is a “Spice Bomb”?

In essence, all the spices needed for a particular dish. You supply the fresh ingredients and add our premeasured spice bomb. Most are designed for specific amounts of fresh but you can always adjust to your own taste.

Are your products allergy safe?

Unfortunately for those with allergies, I can not guarantee our products safe for them. We use peanut butter powder, coconut sugar, among other seeds and tree-nuts across some of our blends.

Are the Rubs “Bombs” too?

Yes! Well, they can be if you’re making enough food. A rub is a rub that you rub till that little voice in your head says “That’s enough”. BBQ rub packs come with enough spice to cover a whole pork butt, or a full rack of spare ribs, or 2 babybacks. STK-421 the Steak rub, depending on how heavy you sprinkle it on, easily will season 3-6 ribeyes or 4-8 burgers.

Why the limited quantities?

The ultimate in Farm-to-Table for our Ghost Pepper products, because the Farm is my garden! Even though I give it as much love as I can, we must wait on mother nature to do her work. Harvests have been bountiful, but when they’re gone they are gone till next harvest.
